| How to return a tetherIf you need to return your tether, please email us from our "contact us" page for a return authorization number. Then place the tether in its original package, with the RA# on the outside, and return it to the address on our "contact us" page. Any packages without a return authorization and any refused packages, packages returned after three delivery attempts, or due to an incorrect address, will receive a credit minus the actual shipping charge, and a 15% restocking charge. |
